    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/483542"&gt;@zemin2k&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check if your phone as a data limit enabled, disable it if so&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and check if you used up your data already, login My Account using Incognito/private/secret mode on the browser and confirm&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you didn't have data limit enabled and you still have data, try to Reboot phone Reset All networks and see if it helps.&amp;nbsp; You can also try to change your network mode to 4G or LTE , then 3G only and see if either mode works&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if same, then ask support to check by direct message here:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Today, my data isn't working, and I found out it's because today is my renewal day and the payment wasn't processed. I realized that I recently changed my debit card but forgot to update it. I’ve now updated the card information, but when will I be able to use the data again? I need to use it immediately.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
