Cannot call St. CROIX

I have been awarded 500 International calling minutes as a Christmas bonus each of the past few years. They have not been used and I have many left. I just made a call to a 340 area code to call St. CROIX in the US Virgin Islands and it will not complete the call. Any idea why this is? And how can I call there using my phone?

hi @OldnRusty1 I think thr LD Addon covers US Virgin islands, but better to check with PM support

I just tried calling a coupla pizza joints in St Croix from my home in BC. The calls won't complete for me either.

that's strange as I tried calling Pizza Hut in St Croix using my US TextNow number and the call went through.
