Can’t find service date on bill receipts

Hi all,

I’m new to Public Mobile.
I submit my cellphone bill receipts for reimbursement from my employer.

I printed them out recently but I don’t see a service date on it and can’t figure out where to find them with a service date on it.

HI @Altabred

when you download the bill, the file name is the date you download, but the invoice date (service date) is on the top right below the word Invoice, that is the first day of the service. So, the exact service date is from that date to 30 days later.

example, this one show March 01, 2024, service date is March 01 - 30

I have to admit, my Telus bill is more clear with information than my Public Mobile account. Go figure. But when you go to the the Payment tab, you can download the last invoice. The invoice is in PDF and this is what it looks like. As you can see this is the date that's circled. That is your bill payment. The one above is the date you printed it on.
