    <description>&lt;P&gt;this is another account I made to access the community forums.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;my original account with an active subscription has me permanently locked out.&lt;BR /&gt;It says you have been locked out for security reasons due to password being typed incorrectly too many times. try again in 1 hour.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That was 2 days ago and it still says that even with the correct password or changing my password 3 times. it must be a glitch. Please help so I can upgrade my subscription and access my account again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
