      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/354504"&gt;@Danffth&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;iPhone or Android?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check sim manager or settings -&amp;gt;Cellular and check if the PM eSIM is there.&amp;nbsp; Make sure it is enabled, and it is set to Primary and "Turn on this line" is enabled.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try Reset all networks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if that does not help , ask support to check. Message them&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
