    <description>&lt;P&gt;Both account have to be active in order to transfer number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You Should receive SMS within 90 min of initiating port request. Maybe you did miss it?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Ported number but didn't receive confirmation</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I ported my number and set up a new public mobile account but did not receive a confirmatioln of transfer from my current provider.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I still have my old SIM in the phone&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;In case anyone find this post.&amp;nbsp; The solution was that the SMS had to be resent.&amp;nbsp; I did so by connecting with Customer Service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
