I just got locked out of my sim. I turned on my phone after taking out the sim card and it says "Locked Sim" I've submitted a ticket, and I'm guessing I now wait. Hell, I didn't even know what a PUK was until 20 mins ago.

What on earth is this?!

Appreciate the help and or guidance, kinda need to be available on a phone...

@LukeJ736 if you submitted a ticket already then yes you wait for their to reply tomorrow.

They will reply to your community inbox.
