When I was in the USA it seemed to take quite a while to send text messages with pictures I am back home in Canada and it is still taking forever for my pictures to get sent is there something that I am missing

Hey @Cone

Go into your network settings and pick Public Mobile not automatic. Then reboot your phone. This worked for my co-worker.

Hey @Cone,

That sounds frustrating. A couple of things you might want to try:

Make sure your APN settings (Access Point Name) are correct for Public Mobile. Sometimes if these settings are off, it can cause delays with sending MMS (picture messages).
You could also try turning off Wi-Fi and sending the pictures over your mobile data instead. MMS typically uses mobile data to send.
As others mentioned, clearing your app cache or resetting network settings can help as well.

If it continues, reaching out to support might be a good idea. Hopefully, that speeds things up for you!

MMS always uses mobile data to send. MMS isn't able to use Wi-Fi.
