      <description>&lt;P&gt;I made my account, subscribed and downloaded the E-sim. My phone is still on the old network.&lt;BR /&gt;I put my old phone number in when subscribing, and my cc has been charged already. I'm not sure whats wrong.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;if you still cannot install the eSIM and you cannot make calls from the PM eSIM, you will&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;have to ask PM to check&amp;nbsp; for you.&amp;nbsp; You won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
