You can transfer from a physical SIM to an eSIM or to another physical SIM.

You may want to contact support for assistance with your eSIM (especially if you're on Koodo prepaid which has a different porting process). To contact support you can submit a ticket through the chatbot by pressing the chat bubble in the bottom corner and typing in "submit a ticket" and selecting "Contact Us".

If that doesn't work you can message support directly from here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437

Monthly should be a bit of a smoother process but you may still need to contact support if you're having trouble.

Where as eSIM, you need to purchase one for each phone.
