APN settings on IOS

I’m having issues with changing the APN settings on my iPhone 11. I know what the APN is suppose to be but when I change it there’s no way for me to save it and it just goes back to default. Does this have something to do with the update on my phone ? How do I fix this? Thx

on iPhone, usually you do not have to touch the APN, it is all taken care by the Carrier Profile

So, make sure you have the latest iOS and update your Carrier Profile

if the APN is still wrong and you want to change, kindly let us know what was the value on the iPhone and what you want to change to

So when I try to put in the APN sp.mb.com it keeps reverting to isp.mb.com and on this setting my data is screwy

Did you reboot your phone and see if it change because it will automatically change for you.

If it won’t change, contact a CS_Agent for assistance.

I think that's an iPhone thing, mine is isp.mb.com and the phone works fine.
