USA coverage clarification

I have this plan:

The overview and the T&Cs seem to imply different things with regards to USA.

So when I go to the USA, does this mean:

1. I have my 65GB of data

2. I will receive phone calls made to my number from Canada

3. I will receive phone calls made to my number from the USA

4. I can call to Canada

5. I can call to USA

and

6. Do I need to buy the 15 day talk/text/data roaming plan?

This plan is fully functional in both countries and between both countries, no add-ons needed.

Just make sure your phone has data roaming and VoLTE enabled while in the US.
