    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/46531"&gt;@redtaiji25&lt;/a&gt;, How long has it been since you registered?&amp;nbsp; It can take a few hours for your number to be ported from another cell carrier.&amp;nbsp; Even longer for VOIP and land lines.&amp;nbsp; Until the transfer is done, keep using your old SIM card in your phone, and when it goes dead, you know the number has been ported over.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it has been longer than mentioned, you should contact the moderators via private message so that they can investigate why your number port has not completed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Click &lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;here&lt;/A&gt; to send the moderators team a private message.       <title>Cannot receive calls!  HELP!!</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Just joined Public Mobile and finished registration and transferred my existing number.&amp;nbsp; I'm able to send out calling calls, but it seems like I cannot receive incoming calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PLEASE HELP!!&lt;/P&gt;</description>
