    <description>&lt;P&gt;beenonline with a CSR, so far all she has done is tell me to check my APN and uupdate software.&amp;nbsp; Been waiting 1 1/2 hrs now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Been working fine for the last year.&amp;nbsp; Oct 10/24 suddenly no data.&amp;nbsp; Keeps saying no internet connection.&lt;BR /&gt;Done evrything here and still no data connection or very limited intermittent. (front page loads, next page wont.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Phone was working normal this morning, problem strted around noon.&lt;BR /&gt;Have 50GB of data, used 486MB.&lt;BR /&gt;Data Limit set to 40GB&lt;BR /&gt;Turn off phone, turned back on&lt;BR /&gt;Turned on flight mode, turned off&lt;BR /&gt;Turned on data, turned off data, turned on data&lt;BR /&gt;Checked which apps have mobile and WIFI access (all of the)&lt;BR /&gt;Checked APN settings, all match&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Reset settings&lt;BR /&gt;Removed SIM card, restarted everything.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;NO CHANGE, Still intermittent connection (phone actually says no internet connection, then slowly loads a page.)&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Check my public account to check data usage on my computer.&lt;BR /&gt;Took 10 minutes to check all settings on phone and check plan and limits and start to type a response.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;CHANGED NOTHING,&amp;nbsp; &amp;nbsp;but in the 10 minutes (maybe 15) of checking everything.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Picked up my phone and&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;MY PHONE IS WORKING NORMAL&lt;BR /&gt;All pages are loading.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;The first technician went off duty, left me hanging for an hour.&amp;nbsp; Finally a second person took over.&lt;BR /&gt;A friend texted me with the same problem while I was on the computer with the support tech.&lt;BR /&gt;We both live in Maple Ridge.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;She said&amp;nbsp; "&lt;SPAN&gt;Basically what I did is a strong reset on the network. If your friend is having the same issue, please kindly ask her/him to reach out to us using her/his own/personal account so we can fix it. "&lt;BR /&gt;Had to turn off and then on again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The APN, Data settings, software were not the problem as the other tech suggested.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
