I'm in Europe payed my bill on October 8 but can't connect no service no network please help get me back on the system need to speak with my family in Canada thanks

for any carrier, if you want to use the service outside of Canada, you need to pay extra for roaming service

And with PM, they do not have roaming service in Europe even you are willing to pay. Sorry about that

to talk to your family, you need to use Wifi and use app like iMessage, FaceTime, Whatsapp, Facebook chat

or you can download VoIP app Fongo and then use it to call regular Canadian phone number for free

@Joecool17 Sorry PM does not have roaming in Europe just the USA . You need to get local pre paid SIM card in Europe for your visit

@Joecool17 As mentioned by others, PM do not offfer roaming services outside of North America. Try getting a SIM locally or get a data package from online eSIM services like maya.net or airalo.com
