if you are talking about add-ons, depends on what you buy. If you need the talk and text, you will need to buy the US roaming bundle addon and not just the roaming data

But if you have Canada US plan, then talk/text/data are all included

not if you only buy the US roaming data.

But if you want to save some money, just get US roaming data and then use VoIP app like TextNow or Fongo to make calls and text on the app
