      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/437368"&gt;@icpkdasm&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;look like you have turned off Autopay&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Since you are using the app, you don't need to use the browser to check&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;on the App, same page as what you showed us, click Manage Subscription and make sure it says "Subscriptoin Renewal (Active)" there&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and of course, make sure you credit card is not expiring.&amp;nbsp; On the app, go to Payment page, then "Update Card Information" and check&lt;/P&gt;</description>
