      <title>Not Receiving a text message</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am trying to sign into my account on a pc. It sends me a code to my email and then wants a second verification from the phone itself. The code never comes through. I also tries to call *611 and it asks for a code that I never did set up. How do I get by this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I got a code sent to my email, it then wants another verification to send to the phone number, and it never comes in.&amp;nbsp; I tried to phone and it asks for a code that I never set up. How do I get into contact with support to get into my account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
