@Beelie usually takes 3 days to 3 weeks to arrive but if it’s been more then 10 business days reach out to support for an update . If you want one sooner try Amazon $4.99 there or Telus / Koodo store and ask support they may reimburse you to do so

Your best is buying bet is buying a physical sim card from a koodo/telus store or a mobile klinic store. Then contact CS_AGENT and they will credit you the cost of the sim $11.30 (10+tax). This was what I did after waiting almost 2 weeks and my sim not arriving.

Sim cards can take up to 10 business days to arrive. If it's been longer you can purchase one from a local Telus/koodo/ mobile klink store provided they still sell them for $10.

Or continue to wait for it.
