@Jord09 Was the new phone brand new or new to you ? If you got it second hand it could be locked to another carrier also check

hi @Jord09 as long as the sim fits, it is probably not a sim card problem but phone

what model is the phone? maybe it is not compatible here

does this phone work earlier? check if the phone is blacklisted or not

Depending on the phone. It might not be compatible with PM frequencies. We can check for you as others have asked: What is the Make and Model of your phone?
