    <description>&lt;P&gt;For service outage check these 2 sites:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus/map" target="_blank"&gt;https://istheservicedowncanada.com/status/telus/map&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.telus.com/en/qc/outages" target="_blank"&gt;TELUS Service Status&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I guess only major will be reported there. As for YOU reporting outage try to find any Telus email and let them know. There is No way to report if PM has outage as there is no email nor phone number.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Where do we check network status or report an outage? I appear to be offline but I was definitely online and able to make calls about an hour ago. Just wondering if it's localized or a larger issue, but I'm not sure how to check.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
