    <description>&lt;P&gt;I am in the exact same boat.&lt;BR /&gt;I contacted support on Friday and they finally asked for some details like my old email address and phone number.&amp;nbsp; That was about an hour ago.&amp;nbsp; I don't know how long it takes to resolve this as I have had this issue open since last Friday.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I no longer know or have access to the email linked to my account and I had to cancel the credit card on the account so I need to be able to login to change it. I have had to create a new account to be able to ask this question. Is there a way for me to recover the account without knowing/ having access to the email linked to my account?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

They can be purchased from&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;7-11, Canadian Tire gas stations, London Drugs, Canadian Superstore, Shell, Shoppers Drugmart, Safeway, Staples while you wait for a response.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
