      <description>&lt;P&gt;Did you put it in a new phone, I had a friend tell me that they had the same issue and it was in the samsung j1, anyways they had inserted the sim in backwards, also check and see if the sim card is damaged, they aren't returnable but usually you can take it back to any store that you got it, and if it is damaged they can exchange it for you. You can also try just typing the sim card numbers all in again on the section for change sim card, sometimes it's a simple case of hitting a wrong number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
