    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi there i just tried to activate my new sim with the $120 promo plan, everything went through except giving me the red text in final stage showing activation failed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now i checked my credit card and the payment already went through but when i pop in my card there's no voice/text/data available, when i try to create a online account with the phone number i chose (also the number showed up in my phone) it says number is invalid or you may have created your profile already, but at the same time i can't login with the email/password i set up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Some help is definitely appreciated here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Have you tired restoring your password using your email?&lt;BR /&gt;Also make sure to reboot your phone after inserting the Sim.&lt;BR /&gt;Hope this helps.</description>
