      <title>Just changed plan level, can receive calls but can't make them.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've been using PM for years now and last night I changed my subscription to a different plan.&amp;nbsp; Since then I can only receive calls (although caller ID is not working anymore), I can send and receive texts and the data is working.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I try and make an outgoing call I get an automated voice saying: "7B1 your phone is not activated on the network.&amp;nbsp; Please call client care for more information" .&amp;nbsp; So, 2 problems.&amp;nbsp; 1 - Public Mobile doesn't have a client care number.&amp;nbsp; 2 - I can't call it from my phone even if I wanted to.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried multiple reboots no luck.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
