      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I switched to pm from koodo received a text from koodo to port number over, number has not been ported yet, koodo said I am registered with pm now, I would like to talk with someone and find out why my phone isn't working cannot receive texts or calls&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

Once you see SOS on your phone, power off your phone and switch to the PM SIM.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you switched your SIM too early. Check to see if the Koodo SIM is still working. If not, reboot your phone with the PM SIM in your phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
