      <description>&lt;P&gt;My credit card expired and now my account is on hold. I updated my credit card info, but I still can’t call people etc. How long does it take for my account to work again once I update my credit card? I also tried to pay by calling 611 and it asked for my 4 digit account pin, but I don’t remember making one. And the pin I would normally use did not work. Please help!! Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This was a great help when my cc expired and my account got suspended earlier today.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;One would think that the link be added to the public mobile app for ease of instead one has to go through the rigour of Ticket Opening and many messages.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
