      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/480905"&gt;@JW519&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the email address you used for PM is a login id on PM system, so you can still use it to login and then use sms to receive the 2FA.&amp;nbsp; if you can login, go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID and you can update the email yourself&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you cannot login My account, then you will need to message support agent here and ask them to update the email for you&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So my active PM mobile account is different from this account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How can I change the e-mail on the active account (e-mail I no longer have access to) and put my active primary line on this account (the one I am communicating on right now?)?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
