      <title>Access Voicemail with 1 Key: Invalid MMI Code</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I can access my voicemail by dialing my number.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I&amp;nbsp;&lt;STRONG&gt;dial&lt;/STRONG&gt; "1"&amp;nbsp; I get the message, "Connection problem or invalid MMI code".&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When I &lt;STRONG&gt;press and hold&lt;/STRONG&gt; the "1" key I'm directed to Settings where&amp;nbsp;I find&amp;nbsp; Voicemail Number &amp;lt;not set&amp;gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Location is Yukon. Do I need to input a number for the "1" key to dial? Phone is Moto E on Android 6.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks to the Public Mobile team, they have provided a solution that works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In Yukon to access Voicemail on my Moto E by pressing and holding the "1" key the number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;FONT size="4"&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;1 867 688 4001&lt;/STRONG&gt; &lt;/FONT&gt;must be entered in the settings for the Phone app. Don't forget the prefixed "1".&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The cell site that picks up the call determines the local calling area.
