I will be travelling to Jamaica for a few weeks. What do I need to do so I can text and access the internet while I'm travelling?

sorry, PM does not have roaming service for Jamaica, in fact, they only have it for USA

so, the best you can do is to get local data sim card or wifi, and then use Whatsapp or Facebook or iMessge for messaging.

or you can also use VoIP app like Fongo to text and call on the app using another number assigned by the app

Unfortunately, Public mobile does not offer international roaming services (besides USA).

You will need to purchase a domestic SIM card when you arrive in Jamaica.

@BeeMag Unfortunately PM only has roaming in the U.S. not Jamaica . Your best bet is to get local pre paid sim card in your destination

You can use WhatsApp if both parties have this app for free calling and texting through wifi or a local SIM.
