    <description>&lt;P&gt;Thanks for the response.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I accessed the account on the Public Mobile app, but it sent the code to the phone no (the sim card is outside Canada ) to grant full access to the account. Of course, I could not receive the code as the simcard is outside Canada. Do we have any other solution ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/480822"&gt;@Chuong1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;you can still try to login and choose email to receive 2FA.&amp;nbsp; click Didn't receive code or Resend code and Send email.&amp;nbsp; After you logged in, go to Payment -&amp;gt; Manage Subscription and then disable Subscribed&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if you still cannot login, ask support agent to remove the credit card.&amp;nbsp; Message them here&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437" target="_blank"&gt;https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
