@Public55741 Open a new browser window and try again incognito/ private mode or you can try the app instead can even try from another device even . If still no luck confirm with support

When you login into your account, do not click the pop up link to the Rewards section. Close that pop up screen and then directly click on the Reward tab on the left side and then follow link to the rewards section. Known issue with that pop up screen/message.

I use the PM app then click on the Rewards tab on the bottom.
