      <description>&lt;P&gt;Voice, data and text were working in Canada,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;After crossing into US only data and text works.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;cannot make or receive any calls.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried turning phone off and on, as well as airplane mode off and on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;hi &lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/474339"&gt;@RRP&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;the roaming voice problem probably because your phone not on PM's VoLTE whiteliste.&amp;nbsp; What phone is that?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;try connect to T-Mobile and check if voice work on the 2G network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if not, you need to use other VoIp app like TextNow to make and receive calls on the app (TextNow will give you another phone number)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

In this situation, the data roaming settting is irrelevant.&amp;nbsp; In addition to that, data is actually already working, so it must already be turned on.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
