    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I am unable to login to my account since I first made it in august&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It just shows a blank white screen with the message &amp;nbsp;“forbidden AI”&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received a text message saying public mobile has not received my payment this month even though it is supposed to be automatically taken out of my account like usual. I can’t login to my account to pay manually&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How do I fix this? Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
