Recharge.com and muskbird.com also have Publlic Mobile vouchers.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you have valid card on file with PM there is NO reason payment will be refused.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Use clean browser, clear cache, try incognito mode.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;payment or update card error is VERY common here.&amp;nbsp; Other than wait and try again in an hour , 24 hours and 48 hours, there really no magic way.&amp;nbsp; I asked agent before and they said they cannot do anything too.&amp;nbsp; So, please wait and try&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
