    <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/480441"&gt;@Need_Answers&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the reason is that you were using iMessage.&amp;nbsp; iMessage needs mobile data or Wifi to send&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So, your choice would be to either use SMS (which does not use data) or send only when you have Wifi if you used up your data&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;To resend a message on SMS, just click on the hold on the message that got stuck, and select send as text&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Most likely you use 'fruit' phone and 3rd party app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;SMS will NEVER stop working using normal texting app assuming you are active subscriber. Get rid of 'fruit' app and use native texting app.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
