    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm glad to hear you were able to sort it out &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":smiling_face_with_smiling_eyes:"&gt;😊&lt;/span&gt;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;So I only use the website.&amp;nbsp; From the main page I click Overview.&amp;nbsp; The drop down arrow Payments &amp;gt;Payments =Manage Subscription.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;From there it only shows me how to update a new card; I don't see the add funds button &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":unamused_face:"&gt;😒&lt;/span&gt;. ? It used to be there.....??&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Lol crazy&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am showing as active on the website but have no service - my payment due today but hasn't come out and I it won't let me pay manually, tried to add 1gb of date and it took the money out and added to available funds but won't let me pay for it.&amp;nbsp; I opened a ticket and have tried restarting the phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Very strange. Someone should look in to this and have it fixed. It should be a very easy process to add funds to your account.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
