      <description>&lt;P&gt;I call number and says person is currently on the phone and goes straight to voicemail. He has another phone so when i call him on the other phone to ask if he was on the phone he says he wasn't. He can call me but I can not call him.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;He has Rogers. Is this a Rogers problem or a public mobile problem. Just wondering what the root of the problem is.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
