You will need to do it here.       <title>I cannot find app</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I tried to download app through qr code to activate my SIM card. But app store told me it was not available in my region. So I changed my region from Korea to Canada in my iPhone setting. However, It still doesn't work&lt;/P&gt;</description>
