@Costas12 check to see if you have Data Roaming turned on. Next, check that you are connecting to either T-Mobile, AT&T or Verizon. Let us know if this helps.

Make sure your phone is on roaming. If you have your phone set for automatic selection ie AT and T etc then set it to manual and try selecting networks manually

What type of phone do you have?

It must be on Public Mobile's whitelist .

Just to check; do you have a plan which allows calls *from Canada* to Canada and the US, or *from Canada and the US*? There has been some confusion on plan titles.

hi @Terryscell the Canada-US plan allows you to call from Canada to US as well (also call from US to US and Canada)
