Hello!

I am trying to cancel an add-on I have (1 GB data). It does not appear for me to select 0 instead of 1.

Any suggestions?

just to clarify, the addon will be expired after 30 days if not fully used (it's not cancelled)

but if you just bought it and the data was not used at all, then as @BKNS27 suggested, message CS agent and they usually would reverse it and give you back the money as a credit on your account
