Hey guys, I have a friend who wants to port over their number from Fido in an area where Fido don’t work but their account is still drive. Normally to port over we need to reply YES to our current t subscriber like bell to allow the change, if my friend can’t do that how else can we port it over? Will Fido email them asking instead of texting?

Can they enable Wi-Fi calling and receive the text that way? Otherwise call Fido, as mentioned.
