      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/479942"&gt;@Anmoldeeeep&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;did it not work since Sept 28th? or just today?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what have you tried? did you login My Account and confirm the account status?&amp;nbsp; Go to Payment page, the box around Manage Subscription should show you the next renewal date, should be Oct 28th&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and you tried reboot the phone? tried Reset all networks? or maybe test the sim card in another phone?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
