Hi, I'm trying to start a subscription with you, I already own a Public Mobil SIM card from being a client in the past. However, when I enter the SIM card numer for my subciption I get a error message telling me it's already in use. Can you help?

hi @Zenka sim. add can only be activated once. So, you old sim card from before cannot be reused

please buy a new PM sim card from Telus or Koodo store for $10 or from Amazon.ca for $5

Sadly those are what's called "Throw Away" SIM cards. They can only be used one time then they are trash. You need to purchase a new one. If you require a new SIM card, look below at the two links. I would not suggest purchasing one directly from PM as it can take up to 4 weeks in the mail and there is no tracking. You can also purchase an eSIM if your phone handles them. It's $5 for the first one and every one of them after are free.

If you need a physical SIM, Amazon sells them. Click on AMAZON for the link.

Or locations near you that have a SIM. TELUS STORES

@Zenka SIM cards are one time use , you need a new unused PM SIM card . Pick one up from Telus /koodo store or order one from Amazon . Also if your phone is eSIM compatible you can activate right away on the PM app

That's not correct. Walmart will not sell a Pubilc Mobile SIM card.
