      <description>&lt;P&gt;HI&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/413898"&gt;@Randi_63&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;the $19 plan is for new activation only&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and in fact, PM only allows you to change to particular set of plans based on your profile.&amp;nbsp; So, you can choose to the lowest priced plan you see on your My Account -&amp;gt; change subscription page&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;or one way to save money is to suspend the account by remove autopay (disable Subscribed from Payment, Manage subscription), but you have to re-subscribe for one month between 90 days of the suspension or your account will be closed.&amp;nbsp; Let us know if you are interested in that way and can provide you more steps to what to do&lt;/P&gt;</description>
