I recently referred a friend, why don't I see a credit on my account?

The 1 point/month will be added into your account on your next renewal date but you should have gotten a Cha-Ching referral text from PM.

did you friend got the $10 credit yet?

if you login My Account on the browser, go to Referral, do you see an increase of 1 for the referral this month or last month?

if you want to be sure the referrals were added correctly, you need to ask your friend to open a ticket for both of you.

Ask your friend to submit a ticket with CS Agent using this Chatbot link:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" , "Other", "Log In".

There is no 'credit' for referral. You will get 1 Point for each referral and you have to collect 15 of them to exchange for dollars. Most likely you will see that point on next renewal.
