I have submitted my new visa card number as my visa had expired. I sent the information and yet they continue to ask me for my new visa card number...why...

@Toune1 if you go into the PM app on your phone go to the "Payment" tab, there you can see the last 4 digits of your credit card that is on file. If you are not seeing the correct digits try updating it again but using either the PM website or the app
