Log into your account, on the left side click on Profile, then next page on right side it will have phone number. There you can port it over. Just make sure your SpeakOut is active and your SpeakOut SIM card is in the phone so you can say YES to the text they'll send you for porting approval.

Both accounts have to be active.
You initiate porting at PM and keep other SIM in your phone to answer YES within 90 minutes of receiving SMS from other company.

you can request porting when on your My Account

Login My Account and go to Profile . Enter the Speakout account number there

and make sure your Speakout Account is active as they will send you a text and you need to reply yes to approve

@Edkai all answers provided will get you there but just make sure you do not enter your phone's IMEI number, instead supply your Speakout account number and it should go smoothly. For some reason most people have problems when using the IMEI number so don't bother trying it
