Public Mobile is only to be used in Canada and the United States. Can't not use service overseas. You could look for a eSIM for overseas and download an app like TextNow and pick a local number if you choose to require a number to use there. Here's a site. https://esimdb.com/

PM roaming is only offered for the USA.

You need to purchase a local SIM in Europe or you can use WhatsApp if your party also use this app through wifi.

PM only has roaming in US

for Europe, buy local data sim card or use travel esim if your phone supports. Airalo is a good one to use for travel esim

@George-55 No Roaming outside of NA. For international roaming, check out Maya Mobile or Airalo. Both work great. For PM calling, forward your number to a Free fongo line. You will get calls even if you are not in Canada, but you need to have data.

You won't get any signal as PM doesn't support any countries outside of USA and Canada. It's better if you use esim or maybe even better to buy a prepaid sim. Which country / countries are you visiting btw?
