Hello,

I managed to lock my sim card and now I require a PUK code.

I sent a private message to @CS_Agent yesterday but have not received a response yet. I’m unable to use my phone number and do not have access to data/call/text.

I’m hoping to avoid having to purchase another SIM card temporarily because I will require communication through a phone number for work tomorrow.

Any assistance or advice would be greatly appreciated.

you don't need another sim card. PM can help

Since you won't be able to open proper Chatbot ticket, so just message them
